The Dr. Dream Method™

Through years of rigorous study, Dr. Dream has perfected the Alternative Dream Data Analysis Process™, which follows these four steps:

Step 1: Dream Extraction

First, we must retrieve your dream from the subconscious archives before it dissolves into the void of forgotten thoughts. This can be done with a bedside notebook, waking your partner up at 3 AM to tell them your dream, or asking yourself “what does it mean?” in the mirror. If no dream is remembered, simply make one up, your subconscious won’t know the difference.

Step 2: Symbolic Analysis using Alternative Dream Data

Unlike so-called ‘traditional’ dream analysis, which relies on educated guesses and feelings, the Alternative Dream Data Method™ uses precise, scientifically vague techniques to determine what your dream really means. Here are some of the many sub-methods you can choose from: The Inkblot™ (a Dr. Dream favorite!), Hypnotic Dream Recall™, Subconscious Pattern Matching Algorithm™, Dream Geometry™ and Lucid Projection™.

Step 3: Definitive Dream Interpretation

After extensive analysis, your dream will be categorized into classifications that correspond to one of Dr. Dream’s Dream Data books. Each diagnosis includes a mandatory reading assignment from Dr. Dream’s Dream Data Book Series™, Volumes 1-34, and patients are strongly encouraged to check out multiple books regardless of correspondence to maximize dream understanding.
